Fans in the US with a Criterion Channel subscription can remember her this week by streaming one of her best movies, Niagara (1953) as part of the Noir in Colour program. (Incidentally, Criterion has released 3 Monroe movies – The Asphalt Jungle, All About Eve and Some Like It Hot – in deluxe DVD/Blu-Ray editions. Wouldn’t it be great if more Monroe classics were added to the Collection?)
