As the world-famous news weekly turns 75, Marilyn graces a new ad campaign for Paris Match, with posters spotted across the French capital and in Monaco. Using an Ed Feingersh photo from 1955, Marilyn is shown reading a recent cover story on singer Taylor Swift, replacing the original Motion Picture Daily.

Other 20th century icons featured in the campaign include French politicians François Mitterand and Simone Veil, and the legendary Brazilian football star, Pelé, as Influencia reports. Devised by Havas Paris, the campaign will be visible from today for two weeks on posters throughout France and in the Paris metro, as well as in the press and digitally in May and June

And of course, Marilyn has a long history with Paris Match – from her first cover in 1953 to the present day…
