Almost 70 years after Marilyn stood over that subway grate in The Seven Year Itch, Halle Berry followed her lead in a series of photos posted to her Instagram account this week.
The first black woman to win an Oscar as Best Actress for Monster’s Ball in 2002, she also won an Emmy for Introducing Dorothy Dandridge, the HBO biopic in which she played the 1950s star who also knew Marilyn (see here.)
Halle has two projects due for release in the coming months: The Union, a comedy spy-thriller for Netflix; and a horror film, Never Let Go.
