Authentic Brands Group, the majority owner of Marilyn’s estate, has launched the Marilyn Monroe Collection, a new range of household appliances in partnership with SharkNinja.

This Ruby Red Diamond air styling & drying system reminds me of Marilyn’s costume for the ‘Two Little Girls From Little Rock’ number in Gentlemen Prefer Blondes. And the 2-in-1 Hot Tool and Air Glosser in Liquid Gold reflects Marilyn’s legacy as an icon of glamour.
But while she may have enjoyed the occasional hot fudge sundae, it’s harder to picture Marilyn as a domestic goddess. And so the addition of ice-cream and frozen drinks makers, an air fryer, or even a cordless vacuum, may be stretching her brand too thinly.
But this latest venture into Marilyn-inspired homewares doesn’t end there, as ABG has also partnered with a Los Angeles-based company, Noon & Moon, on a ceramics range, Marilyn Monroe: Hollywood Bloom.
