French e-zine Crazy for You closes out the year with parting glances at Marilyn in 1951. Up first, ‘A Christmas Gift‘ reviews her work with photographer Don Ornitz, plus a festive pose as ‘the Christmas gift every GI would like to find in their chimney’ (see here.)
And in the next issue, we go ‘Shopping With Marilyn‘ as she models elegant designs by Don Loper for Saks Fifth Avenue department store. This rare fashion shoot – in contrast to her usual pin-ups – was first published in PIC magazine in October 1951.
