Toymaker Blitzway has launched a new figurine inspired by the ‘subway grate’ scene from The Seven Year Itch, with the approval of Authentic Brands Group (ABG), the owners of Marilyn’s estate. At $459, it’s for serious doll collectors only. The attention to detail is impressive, but in my opinion their previous sculpture – showing Marilyn in the gold lamé dress from Gentlemen Prefer Blondes – was a better likeness.
