Over on the Hotcars website today, Connor Doyle looks at some of the cars owned or driven by Marilyn, including a 1953 Cadillac Series 62 Eldorado Convertible (supposedly a gift from her beau, Joe DiMaggio); a 1954 Cadillac Series 62 Convertible (in lieu of payment for her appearance on TV’s The Jack Benny Show); and a 1956 Ford Thunderbird (a gift from business partner Milton Greene, later passed on to the Strasbergs’ son Johnny, and sold for $490,000 at Julien’s Auctions in 2018.)
