Following the record-breaking $195 million sale of Andy Warhol’s ‘Shot Blue Marilyn’ at Christie’s in 2022 (see here), the late artist’s winning streak continues apace. This 1967 screenprint of Marilyn, which fetched $138,975 at Bonhams yesterday, was signed by the artist in pencil, dated and stamp-numbered 123/250 on the reverse.
