11 photos taken by Andre de Dienes, with his studio stamp on the verso, will go under the hammer at Nate G. Sanders Auctions this Thursday, August 26th. Most of the images date back to his earliest collaborations with Norma Jeane, including the Family Circle shoot from 1945. There are also two later shots from the Tobey Beach and Bel Air Hotel sessions. The photos were formerly owned by celebrity make-up artist and Monroe superfan Kim Goodwin (also known for his incredible Marilyn dolls), who sadly passed away in 2019.
UPDATE: The photos were unsold.
