Douglas Kirkland’s Marilyn in Paris

“Marilyn Monroe naked lying in silk sheets hugging a pillow is the image people remember me for,” Douglas Kirkland says here, as a new exhibition from their 1961 Look shoot opens at the Galerie Gad Collection in Paris, through to October 10.

The gallery is also a sponsor of this month’s Champs-Élysées Film Festival.
