Following a workshop performance in March (see here), the new musical adaptation of Some Like It Hot – helmed by Matthew Lopez, Amber Ruffin and the songwriters behind Smash, with Christian Borle, J. Harrison Ghee and Adrianna Hicks heading up the cast – will begin Broadway previews at the Shubert Theatre on November 1, with an opening night set for Sunday, December 11 – just in time for the lucrative holiday season, as Deadline reports.
